Can I speak to you if I am outside India?+

Yes. A significant part of our practice is for clients in Singapore, the Gulf, the UK and the US, and consultations run over video or phone at a time that works across time zones.

Will you tell me not to litigate if that is the right advice?+

Frequently. Mediation, settlement or simply waiting is often better than filing, and we would rather say so early than bill for a case that should not have been brought.
